Downloaded update - and Presto, it does NOT work anymore

In an attempt to solve the issue, I deleted it and then tried to download again from cloud. However, the app was no longer listed under my purchased apps... Under on this iPhone/ iPad.

Ended up having to buy the app again, and sure enough the configuration is all phucked up and does not work on my iPad. Pos
