Update equals constant crashes

This used to be a great app. Had used it for years, ever since the update however it is constantly crashing which ends up waking me up because its too quiet into the room. Very disappointing, contacted customer service, they never bothered to reply. Basically useless to me now. If you managed to not get the last update, DONT, it also erases your favourites, which double sucked for me because it ended up that it updated right when I was going to bed an I not only had to wait for it to finish nit also had to find all my sound combos again while exhausted and frustrated.
