Alarm is useless

I have used this app for awhile for falling asleep but also for the alarm when I travel. THE ALARM WILL NO LONGER WORK WITHOUT TURNING THE LOCK SCREEN OFF!! I am not going to do that. They need to design an app that can work more easily and functionally. I will be switching apps.
