Love it but it needs an update

Love it and sooooo worth the money! This latest OS update is making it glitch occasionally which it never used to. I use it all the time, please update also if there is anyway to make it less of a battery drain so it doesnt have to be plugged in to make it through the night that would be awesome. Even with the glitch/ pauses I use it but an update would be nice since its been almost a year.
