Update: Its working again!!! Yay!! Thank you!! This was my favorite app for sleep sounds. After the last iOS 9.1 update, this app isnt working anymore. I have iPhone 5 with the current app version as of November 2015. I hope this is solved soon. One feature I loved about the app when it functioned properly was the ability to listen to podcasts and the sleep sounds simultaneously.

So my first Apple device was an iPod touch and this was probably the first app I ever paid for. This app and its sounds have sentimental value to me, as I have listened to them for many points in my life. My surprise and sadness when this app no longer worked on my new iPhone made me quite sad, causing me to reach for my old iPod Touch when I wanted to use it. Thank you so much for updating this application. I cant tell you how happy I am to have it working on my device, and even with new sounds (and brainwaves!). Again, thank you so much.

I never go without this app my iPod, iPhone, iPad all have this app. Sleep machine has it all to relax and fall asleep to. Besides my music and pictures this app is my treasure. I havent found a better app! Kudos to sleep machine ! Two thumbs up!

I was pleasantly surprised to find an update to this app after having it for I dont know how long. I got it when my daughter was an infant and we needed white noise on the go. Now my husband and I are also accustomed to having white noise to sleep so when we travel we like to use an app. I tried many other apps after this one stopped working, but none of them have the variety or quality of Sleep Machine.

Ive used this app for years and its been great. This recent update has been terrible. I use this on my dedicated iPhone 5 and since the update about 2-3 hours into sleeping the app does this click thing constantly. Ive tried to close the app and re-open but that doesnt work. I have to completely reboot my phone in order to reset the app. It then works again for a couple hours until it does it again. I find myself rebooting my phone usually twice every night, disrupting my peaceful sleep. This kinda defeats the purpose of the app. I hope the developer fixes this problem.

Ive been using this app for years now and it still works great and has gradually gotten better with various updates.

I love this app and I use it nearly every night. In fact, were it not for an issue with its buggy alarm clock feature, Id happily give it 5/5 stars.

I have used this app to fall asleep to the same ambient noises every night for about the past two years. I would be heartbroken if the developer was to ever stop supporting it.

I go to bed with it running in the foreground and auto lock off. The alarm never fired and when I looked to see why I find the app has moved itself to the background and shut the alarm off. Useless!

I have used this app for awhile for falling asleep but also for the alarm when I travel. THE ALARM WILL NO LONGER WORK WITHOUT TURNING THE LOCK SCREEN OFF!! I am not going to do that. They need to design an app that can work more easily and functionally. I will be switching apps.

I have used The Sleep Machine for a few years now and absolutely love it. I have tried others, but when this one came available I have only used it! I use my phone for everything so having a nice big, readable, alarm clock on my iPhone is perfect. You have many colors to choose from and scenes. You will not be disappointed with The Sleep Machine. They also respond quickly to any questions you have. Download it today!

I used to love this app, but since the update I kinda hate it. I liked being able to put my iPod to sleep and leave the app running throughout the night. I cant do that anymore because it mysteriously turns the alarm off in the middle of the night. Found out the hard way when I overslept. I also loved the large colorful snooze and stop buttons and really dislike the typical Apple alert buttons. =(
